If you do 100 sit-ups everyday will that get rid of your belly fat

100 would most likely do the trick, but if you eventually find that your not tired or feeling an ache, then go for more. The more the better, that way, the burn just tells you that you really are working that stomach fat off and gaining muscle ab in return.
