Why, for no reason out of nowhere, do I get really sad, even when I've had a really good day?

almost every day has been a good day this week, but for some reason I get really sad by towards the ending of the day.

Whenever you feel yourself starting to feel sad think of positive things , watch a funny show or read a funny book. Surround yourself with positive happy things & people. This should work,

I like looking at natural methods for improving my morale, there are other options you can research but if none work you may want to see a doctor or therapist.

you are too vulnerable to your yourself.,..its a very serious case you have to see a psychologist

It could be depression,or mood swings.You need to ask yourself did anything make me sad this week? I hope you find an answer.

It's more than likely depression, go see a therapist & they will diagnosis you. Get some help it's not normal and it might get worst! I was like that after my sister passed but couldn't figure it out, I'm 100 now though after therapy. Take care!

As the day goes on you become more tried and your body more run down. There are foods to make you happy and they will give you a boost. Bananas work best for me but some others are coffee, blueberries, fish, milk, soybeans and chocolate. In many countries they will nap in the afternoon (siesta) and businesses close for this. People are happier and healthier because they take time to rest their bodies. Life doesn't have to be so rushed. If you can, nap after work or school. You will actually accomplish more with a rested body so whatever you put on hold to nap can wait until you get up.

There are many things that can cause this, one including bipolar disorder. I have severe bipolar and take medication that really helps plus I go for therapy.
