How do you tell a girl you like her with out creeping her out or pissing her off?

I like a girl she doesnt know i like her. Shes 15 im 16. And i danced with her and flierted and she did to i can tell. So wat should i do?

Be YOURSELF! And if she was flirting with you too... She likes you! So she may be thinking that exact question :) dont be scared! Go for it!

When you see that shes alone... Or if shes with some friends, ask if you can talk to her. Than when you have her alone give a compliment and tell her how you feel. Aka... "I have really been thinking about you a lot, I want to be friends, but I want to be more than friends." if she asks what you mean. You say.
"I was wondering if you would want to maybe see a movie or go out to eat sometime with me, just me. " Honestly from what I've read she will be excited/ nervous/ happy... All at once the feeling we all get.

so i should approach her when shes with friends or alone or both? And She might be a little weirded of with me and her alone, her mom is over protected which i dont blame her tats how a mom should be. Also wat do u think if i invite my older bro and he takes one of his girl friends and before we go i will tell him to leave us alone to talk. wat do u think?
