How can I save my photos from IPHONE to a disc or something so I can delete them from my phone?

You can have your photos transferred to a computer via your iPhone's sync cable. Once you've made your connection, navigate to your "Computer" folder by clicking "Start," then "Computer". Next, scroll to the "Portable Devices" section and click the iPhone icon. Select "Internal Storage", "DCIM' followed by "100APPLE". You can now copy the pictures from your device to the folder that you want.
