How do you make a lemon pie filling from scratch

I love making Lemon Pie filling since its so easy. You are going to need 2 cups of sugar, 4 TBS of cornstarch, juice from 2 lemons. (Microwave the lemons and roll them to get all the juice out of them), 1/8tsp of salt, 4 egg yolks (reserve the whites for the mirange) and 2 cups of boiling water. Beat all ingredients together, adding the 2 cups of boiling water slowly so you don't scramble the yolks. Then cook over a double boiler till thickened stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
