Hi tupelo916... if you mean alcohol... No! and please don't try it! Drinking a lot of alcohol quickly can actually kill you, your body doesn't have time to register the amount of intoxication and you could pass out and go into a coma or have your heart stop. PLEASE do not ever do this, this is how many college kids die. :(
Sorry but everyone above said true statements. but alcohol even when you drink enough to "pass out" you will wake up with an extremely bad hangover and feel like you haven't slept at all i would not recommend this to anyone look for some at home sleep remedy. I myself have a horrible sleeping schedule averaging 3 hours at a time twice a day so i can relate to how bad it is trying to actually lay down and get some sleep.
Create a story in your head, count the shadows in your room, do some exercise like sit ups or push ups till your exhausted put something on that's SERIOUSLY dull like the news or the history channel ( unless you like watching either then I apologize) there are a ton of things you can do to make yourself fall asleep
Did you know that drinking to much of anything can kill you..? There was a case in California where this teenager was chucking water with her friends she downed a whole gallon at once.When she got home she didn't feel good so she went and laid down. two hours later her mother went in to wake her, and she was dead. Alcohol wise it takes much less to kill yourself and you die much faster...
