Any tips when getting braces?

Take a small pain pill befor you get them tightend and after because it will hurt

it will hurt for a wile but the best part is u can eat ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!

Don't eat anything hard. Scrape the plaque off around the brackets so it won't buildup and create cavities. God bless.

Dont eat oreos, they stain the teeth blacish under the braches, and you see it when you take it off. No jokes!
