How do you change your location when you call someone

I have an atrix 2. And it says im from woodbridge when im not from woodbridge. And it says a false location when other people call me too. And i have AT&T

In order to change your location, call customer care service and inquire from them how to do this. Explain to the representative that you would like to change your location and listen to the terms and conditions that you will be given.
