how is the best way to meet a real girl from your city that IS free and not some kind of ordeal? I really need some help.

I was married for 32 years and it's like I don't know where to start oh and I'm 52 but don't feel that old.

Church (& church groups) would be a GREAT start. Avoid bars -- those a full of drunks.
Don't be afraid to ask good friends to introduce you to some available ladies.

I suspect that you would like to meet a woman. Church, perhaps, a dance, a Match.com type of site, through friends, family, work, hobbies, etc.
