Why do my legs itch when i walk. It's been happening since i was little and no amount of excercise, lotion, or benadryl help. What can i do?

no matter how hard or soft i scratch my legs tend to welt up

The most common cause of itchy legs when walking is as a result of a condition known as cholinergic urticaria. The condition is usually as a result of elevated body temperature. However, you should consult a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
