Hi Answerthisk.. you know you might want to have your Thyroid levels checked. A lot of people have thyroid issues and it can cause thinning hair. Even young people can have low/high thyroid levels.

You may also want to check your shampoo. Depending on the sensitivity of your hair, some shampoos may damage the hair.

Use less shampoo, ask ur doctor, or it could just be inherited and it happens to most people I your family?

My brothers all just shave their heads. Bald is beautiful. God made only so many perfect heads. The rest He covered with hair. Embrace it!

Try eating healthier, using some deep conditioners, or natural hair masks to make them healthier, and if you straighten your hair a lot that can cause split ends, damage and breakage. and like others said shampooing too much or using the wrong shampoo can cause that. The easiest way to fix it is to find the reason for the problem. Although if it is inherited there may not be much you can do to make it thicker. But you can do things to make it healthier. Which might thicken it up just a bit. Look up some hair tips on Google or something. I really good hair mask though would be avocado, natural yogurt, olive oil, and honey. If you don't have all these things you can use them separately as a mask.

oh and also, use hair product that don't have sulfate, alcohol, or silicone in it, they can cause damage, strip hair of natural oils, cause hair loss, and weigh hair down.

Hope this helped :3
