What is the cheapest airline?

It varies. Some airlines offer cheap flights are certain times of the year, or if you fly out of their "hub," or base location. Some airlines are cheaper if you are willing to do a layover. There is no single airline that consistently has the cheapest prices.

Jet Blue (they don't spend money on maintenance, food, service....)

Depends on how cheap you want it to be but I say Jet Blue personally
