Thrush is an infection in your mouth that is caused by a fungus. You will notice white blisters or pockets on your tongue and the inside lining of your cheeks. My sister gets a outbreak of thrush whenever she has overwhelming stress and finds it very difficult to talk due to the outbreak. It is treated by a prescription antifungal pill or a liquid medicine that you can apply to each pocket.
