Why does my iPhone say I can not take a picture until I delete some photos or videos?
I only have 66 pictures and no videos...

It means that the memory capacity on your iPhone is almost full, that is why you cannot be able to take a picture. You need to delete some applications that you don't need, in order for you to have some free space in your iPhone.

How do I delete songs from my playlist.?

You need to go into your iTunes and delete them or just move them to another saved location.
