Not milk chocolate. White chocolate is semi healthy depending on the portion size you have. Dark chocolate is probably one of the most healthy of all the chocolates. It makes you live longer and that type of stuff. But don't eat too much of it you can still gain weight by eating it everyday of the week just like other chocolates.
Too much of even a good thing isn't good. That said, dark chocolate is said to have positive health effects, plus plain dark chocolate (no nuts or fillings) has less sugar and less fat than other forms such as white or milk.

Lot's of chocolates make ur sister sick and she get tooth problems also. So, plz give ur sister to don't eat much chocolates if she can't stop it so make its quantity less day by day.Hence, one day she stop eating chocolates.
Dark chocolate is better for you than milk or any other chocolate, but it still has fat in it and not too much is good. But chocolate's caffeine is good for your head, so when you have a headache, chocolate is something good to eat. So overall chocolate is kind of good for you. It is not entirely bad or good.

Cocoa and chocolate contain flavinol. In addition to having antioxidant qualities, research shows that flavanols have other potential influences on vascular health, such as lowering blood pressure, improving blood flow to the brain and heart, and making blood platelets less sticky and able to clot. This reduces the risk of cardiovascular problems, heart attack and stroke. Dark chocolate contains more flavinol than milk chocolate. However, the beneficial effects of the flavinol have to be balanced with the potential detrimental effects of the fat and sugar that come along with it.
