My best friend is ignoring all my calls and texts what should i do? Please Read Description

He asked me to go to his house i said i can't because it's my little brothers birthday this week and I invited him he said he'll see and then we were just talking and he randomly asked me out right before i could reply ( i was going to say yes) my phone went dead and now he thinks that i hung up on him because i didn't want to and he's ignoring me. I don't know what i should do and I don't want to ruin our friendship.

You should go over to your friend's place and explain what really happened. When you go there personally he will have no option but to see you and listen to you.

this has happened to me and my girlfriend before but u should go up to him and tell him what happened then answer his question.
