For a Five Wishes Living Will, a person must write out what they do and don't want if something medically is wrong with them. These 5 wishes can be, who you want to be head of decisions, such as paying bills and/or if you want life support or not. If you can't make a decision on your own, you will need someone to ensure you are or not in a nursing home and/or to make other major decisions.
