What happened to Disney channel making good shows?

I guess somewhere along the line Disney thought they had a big enough fan base to just stop using common sense and give all these stupid shows.

The same is happening with CN.
I read somewhere that said CN wasn't making "enough" money with its old shows, and they why they stopped them. (Which is total bull. I bet Toonami made more than all the cartoons, showing now, combined.)
The same may have happened with Disney..

I guess people not interested in watching real people acting now.I miss the old Disney were Hannah Montana and Sonny with a chance became popular.Phineas and Ferb show make me sick.

Ever since Walt Disney died, that was his name right? lol Idk. I don't watch a lot of Disney shows, plus I've never been to Disneyland at all :( But ever since he died, they've been putting so many stupid shows on the Disney channel. Same thing is happening to Cartoon Network. It's stupid -_-
