How could you tell if your dog is mixed or not?

I have a Shih-Tzu puppy but sometimes i think she might be mixed with lyk poodle, maltese, or pequine.

You can know by carrying out a DNA test but it is very expensive. If the information is not that important, you should not do it. However, try to check out the dog's character and judge from them.
