While I'm out I need to heat 4 hearty pies. They need to heat for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. What is the best way so they don't burn or dry out?

I'm heating two pies and two quiche's.

Rip off 3-inch wide strips of aluminum foil and fold them around the edge of the tin so that just the edges of the crust are enclosed. Then, cook in the oven as directed and check five minutes prior to the completion of the cooking time.
