What is the best and safest way to remove a splinter from my finger?

Have someone help you remove it, as it will make it much easier. Make sure you are using a sterile safety pin or needle, you will want to prick the skin where the splinter is and use the sterile safety pin or needle to get it out. Then you should wash your hands again and put some Neosporin and a band aid on your finger just to be careful.

Burn the tip of a sewing needle and then use it to pull the splinter out I would do this when I was young always getting splinters in my hands
