What is the highest I can overclock my processor to with the stock cooler?

I have an HP A1700n with an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ 2.0 GHz

The average point at which you can overclock your processor is between 75c to 85c. However, you need to keep good flow of air for your processor. This helps bring down the temperatures to avoid overheating.
