Can you deduct lawyer fees from a disability social security case on your taxes?

You can deduct your lawyer's fee form the taxes on your disability social security case. However, the amount that you are allowed to deduct is only 25% of the taxes. This might not be enough to cover the lawyer's fee and so it would be advisable to seek other possible sources that you can get money to pay your lawyer.
