My head hurts!! It normally at night time but every now and then it will hurt during the day. Please help!!

It feels like there is pressure on my eyes. It doesn't hurt to bend over or shake my head (most of the time). I'm nervous that I have a brain tumor because I read about you are more likely to get a brain tumor if you have been getting dental x-rays. I have gotten maybe 3-6 dental x-rays. Some times I feel like I am forgetting things.(that maybe because I'm having a panic attack) Btw I have TMJ and bad knots in my neck.

Okay, you probably don't have a brain tumor and the lose dosages of radiation you're exposed to with dental x-rays are probably not going to give you a brain tumor. I also have problems with TMJ and that's more likely where your headaches are coming from. Do you wear a bite splint at night? If not, check your local drugstore or a department store (like Target) to get an inexpensive alternative to a custom-made one from your dentist. Also, see about reducing your stress; that will relieve the knots in your neck and lessen the TMJ. Sounds to me like you have tension headaches.

Im 99% sure it is your neck... i get the same thing! see a chiropractor asap in my opinion. A doctor will only prescribe pain killers, which can make it worse in my experience!

I have the same problem without all the x-rays. I think it's more common than you think. Probably just stress.

TMJ will cause bad headches. See your dentist an have a night guard made for sleep, it will help. As far as your neckpain, try doing some simple stretching exercises which will help releave neck pain.
