How do i fix my download on xbox360

i downloaded a game at the marketplace but it keeps freezing
how do i fix this

You are required to close all the other applications that are not in use during its operation. You might also consider freeing some memory space for it to operate effectively. Seek assistance from a specialist on how to rectify this.
