Think of the grocery store and the way it is laid out. The majority of your diet should come from the perimeters of the store. Be sure that dairy products are reduced fat and that meat is the leanest possible. Keep bread and other starches to a minimum. Stay away from the inner aisles where you will only find food that is processed beyond recognition.
Fat .. Like meat, salad dressings , candy , drink low fat milk ( if you drink milk ) don't use creamers on coffee or tea . Go for a walk or run in the morning ( if you exercise in the morning it raises your metabolism and that helps to burn more calories
You know that if you eat smaller amounts more often in your day you can lose weight at a better rate and feel good for the day. If this help you I found a website that can help you learn how to lose weight and you can go see at http://tinyurl.com/lose-weight-and-get-healthy
Carbs are bad. So avoid breads as much as possible. Carbs digest as glucose (or sugar) Starchy food like corn and potatoes are bad as well. They give animals corn so they get fat. so it's not a good idea for you to eat it either. saturated fats aren't as bad as everyone has made them up to be. watch the documentary "fat head" its fun, entertaining and you will learn a lot.

Mainly junk food. Everyone needs a little bit of everything for their bodies to function correctly, for example it is ok to eat junk food every once in a while. but it is a bad habit to eat like that on a regular basis.
White flour, candy, junk food...potatoe chips, etc Stick with whole foods such as fruits, veggies, lean protein...turkey, chicken, fish...whole grains, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain breads and cerals...kashi, oatmeal, etc 64 oz water, green tea, 1pct or skim milk. black coffee,
no one food really causes weight gain, too much does.
if you typically eat alot, you should avoid nuts, and fatty foods, and anything thats over 500 calories.
there is 3000 calories in 1lb of fat, which means if your body burns aproximatley 2,000-3,000 calories depending on age/activity level, if you ate lets say 2,500 calories a day you would gain a pund in 6 days if you didnt do anything. alot of kids gain weight becuase they dont eat breakfast, eat too fast, and have large snacks, skipping breakfast may also cause you to gain weight. Alot of cheap foods cause you to gain weight becuase theres no nutritional value, and its all fat. as long as you eat 2,500 calories a day, eat breakfast, dont eat 1 of the same foods everyday example mcdonalds everyday, you should be fine.
mac and cheese of an order like fatty foods and nuts like acorns and chestnuts of 2,500-3,000 calories of fat milk and the total fat is 2,000 and such as fatty foods but if they all expire... ...The fat foods cause lots and lots and lots and lots and your fat so don't eat to much fatty foods and nuts! of 2,000,2,500 and 3,000
Sugar, Sugar, and sugar. Also POP! Very fattening. I'm on my way to losing weight also. I'm drinking lots of water, and I cut out Sugar, oil, butter, and the whites. Which consist of bread, rice, potatoes, and pasta. Once I lose 25 pounds I will start eating those again. But in smaller portions. Also don't starve yourself. Your body will go into survival mode. And think it's starving and keep all of your fat. Do it gradually. And exercise always makes a big difference. You can follow me and ask me a question anytime? Good Luck! :~)
