Lots of vegetables. Lean meats. Fish that is not deep fried or processed (like fish sticks or frozen fish patties). Stay away from heavy starches such as breaded foods, pasta, and white rice. Try to eat healthy grains, such as quinoa, barley, brown rice, and millet. Avoid wheat and gluten. Stay away from sugar. Keep your portions small. Drink lots of water. Eat several small meals instead of 1-2 large heavy meals. No soda and juice. Avoid alcohol. And last but not least exercise.
You should eat fresh food that is low in fat and high in nutrients. You should avoid junk food and ensure that you incorporate fruits in your diet. Exercise is also important if you want to see results within reasonable time.
