You should start thinking of how this will affect your weight in the long term, from obesity to other heart complications and diseases. Try and avoid the urge to eat unhealthy foods, by finding something interesting to do, like an exercise to keep your mind off food. Think of the great things you can achieve by eating healthier from professional, personal and financial achievements you can make as well as to avoid people making fun of your weight.
If you can't find a way to eat healthier what you can do is eat less of what your eating but before that drink a glass of water. This way your stomach can get use to you eating less and you should also work out to see better results.

Have fruit:) if you're craving sugar, at least that's a healthier source! have some blueberries, or strawberries. those are especially sweet! they also have Popsicles made out fruit and fruit juice, cause I know it's hot out!! go swimming, It's a refreshing and great workout! but don't goof off, actually swim some laps, get yourself tired!
I know finding motivation is hard especially when you don't have any friends but it starts with that first step! Just move and then everything will fall into place. Get some work out dvds and stick to it!
You should exercise more often like taking sports like baseball, basketball, or football ,& even go jogging to loose weight and control your ahzma and drink lots of water.?lastly eat more healthier like eat veggies like spinach to become stronger like popye and other veggies drink milk for strong bones eat fruits to and stay of the meat and sugar and oil for a day
Here's something I've been thinking about, may help you reach your goal(s):
Tomorrow will be my 7,665th day on Earth (or 21 years). That's a lot of days, and I'm starting to realize most of those seven thousand and some days could have been used more constructively. Maybe you can relate. Starting tomorrow, I won't have any more excuses to not fulfill my goals and to make each day more useful.
Try to eat every two to three hours and always include protein. Try to avoid fast food and stick to whole foods especially vegetables. Start walking for exercise. Watch the portion size of meals. Don't give up! I've lost 75 lbs in 18 months and am feeling much better.
