Will going to the gym for 2 hours a day 4 times a week help me lose weight

I get on the elliptical for and half an hour then I do cycling for another half an hour then I do some strength training after that I go to the sauna for half an hour. I also eat at least 1600 calories a day including fruits and veggies. Will this help me lose a lot of weight within 2 months

A 2 hours session the gym is enough to loose weight if you participate in the right exercises. In your work out plan, include cycling and step aerobics. Drink a lot of water to avoid muscle and tissue damage for effective weight loss.
