So im going to quit smokeing. my last day for a sig is at the end of this month. and I'd like to star runing /eating bettter,

How long will it take for me to run more than 10 car lenthicks without being out of breath? every or am i ruind for good;*( i'v been smoking for 16years and some how im still alive, and want to make health changes so i can live a long life.... any advice or tips?? thankyou in advance!

I read about that recently they say for a start walk for 5 min to warm up them jog a min walk for two repeat that until you have done a half hr. do that for 1 week, then up it walk the five jog two walk to complete the half hr thaw next week just add a min to you jog time with the two min walk inbetween and just increase like that
