What did the Good Neighboor Policy do? I don't want a copy and pasted wiki answer...I can do that. I need something in English.

It was the foreign policy of the United States and President Franklin Roosevelt toward the countries of Latin America, with main principle being that of non-intervention and non-interference in their domestic affairs. Roosevelt expected that this would create new economic opportunities in the form of reciprocal trade agreements.
