When is the best time of day to check my blood sugar ?

The best time to check for your blood sugar is 2 hours after eating. Checking for it before a meal will be wrong because you blood sugar is low. One hour after a means that your blood sugar is high making 2 hours after a meal the ideal time.

Not being funny, "the same time each day". Usually before or just after your first meal and then before or just after each other meal.
