Why are some people saying Tupac is alive?

Like some say he was at New Zealand and other stuff like that. I just don't get it, I personally think that he's dead and resting in peace.

Being that he was a music legend, many didn't want to believe that he died. In real sense, Tupac Amaru Shakur died on September 7, 1996 when he went for a boxing match event that was being held at the MGM Grand. He was fired 12 to 13 shots according to the police report.
