You can find PowerPoint views in two places: on the View tab, which is in the Presentations Views and Master Views groups. You will also find it on a bar at the bottom of the PowerPoint Window where the main views are available. Read on from office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint-help/when-and-how-to-use-views-in-powerpoint-2010-HP010374495.aspx.

No, but you seem the most logical on this site at the moment. It's a tab that opens up next to the animations tab. I don't remember how I got there the first time, and I can't find out how to get back. It has little eye icons for what you can see (pictures text etc.) and you can click them to get rid of the eye, getting rid of the picture, but leaving it on.

Hmm... I don't know. Sry I couldn't help. I hate when I find a cool new useful feature in Microsoft Office only to end up not finding it again. It has happend to me countless times.
