I have a white round pill with the number 319 on one side. I was told it was an ultram pill. Is this correct?

A white pill that has the numbers 319 imprinted on it is Tramadol hydrochloride 50mg. It is used for the treatment of pain especially back pain, restless leg syndrome and anxiety. The drug is not supposed to be used during pregnancy.

I know this is an old question, but for those finding it upon searching... Yes, it is correct. The other answer is correct as well, but does not answer the initial question. Tramadol is the generic for Ultram. They are essentially the same thing.
