How do you know if you have a planters wart? I need specific details. I'm pretty sure I don't have one but I want to know for sure.

sorry but I'm one of those people who gets paranoid when a possibility of something bad like this comes up....

They are on the bottoms of your feet. They hurt to step on. They grow inward so there is no raised bump like a regular wart. If I remember correctly they are slightly discolored from the rest of your foot. Small, maybe as big around as a pencil eraser. It's been like 30 yrs. sense I've had these so that's all I remember. They freeze them with liquid nitrogen at the dr. to get rid of them.

I'm the same way when it comes that kind of stuff! I recently had a planters wart removed. A planters wart usually looks like a big or small lump with a flat rough surface. To remove a planters wart you can go to a doctor and they will freeze it off and it doesn't really hurt that bad. Hope this helps!
