No food will "make" you "get skinny", you have to workout just like everyone else. Almost any veggie, and only some fruits, grapes are the worst because they have the worst type of sugar. Any fruit with an edible skin is the best. If you're hungry try baked kale with sea salt, it's amazing and super healthy. If you want to eat something that burns more calories then you take in, by just eating it, try celery. If you search google you'll come up with a bunch of recipes.
Like the above poster said no single food will make you skinny. Cut your caloric intake, improve your diet to more healthy and natural foods and most importantly get on a regular exercise regiment (depending on your goals or shape). Avoid gimmicks and fads, there is no easy way to weight loss it requires a life change.
Drink lots of water, and have as many fruits and vegetables as you can fit into your day, whether they be in salads or in sandwiches or just something you can pick up and bite into without preparation, as well as whole grains from breads and protein from things like peanut butter or meats. Be sure to stay away from junk food, candy, soda, and juice as much as possible, but cheating sometimes is okay :) has nuts only in moderation due to how fattening they are. Try to limit snacking, and if you do, have it be a fruit or vegetable. Be sure to eat breakfast every morning, as well as lunch/dinner. And if you can get in 30 minutes of cardio five days a week in combination with all of the above, you'll drop some pounds within a month.
