What's the best way to occupy a 5 year old girl and a 7 year old boy for 5 hours?

I always baby-sit these kids but I want to do something different We are always playing Wii and I want to do something else but they are so attached to the Wii it's hard to get them off it. We usually just play chalk if we go outside. Any ideas on what I can do?

Children love storytelling. Even a familiar fairy tale becomes something you can tell and have them provide some of the words. Change any gory parts to suitable language for their ages.
Have a special place for them to sit while you tell the story. Put it into your own words. Check the internet for storytelling for their ages. Hope that helps.

Cartoons a lot of snacks & let them run crazy about the streets until they get tired!!!

If the parent let's you use the oven you could make cookies or something. If they like legos or if the girl likes dolls you could use those.

Well my 5 year old girl loves playing dress up painting her nails so I would offrer an idea of that .And my son who is 8 loves wii an ds too but I get him off of it by taking them outside an he plays baseball or really anything if you can make it fun.Goodluck!
