How to do a bow and arrow? *Cheerleading*

I'm a flyer and I need to learn a bow and arrow. what stretches would help? please answer :)

Begin by doing different stretches like spreading your legs apart as far as they can go. Next, keep the leg that you are not going on straight. Make sure that you are steady and not wobbly. Wall splits are the best for stretching this. Theres this thing called a stunt and stretch strap and it helps you pull your leg up to stretch positions like that! Splits and just about everything else help with this. Stretching everyday for about 30 minutes will help immensely! Good luck!
