Tell him sorry dad but I think I might want to live with mom not like you are a bad parent in all I dont want to I hurt you or any thing but I hope you will do fine without me but you will now that you will always be in my heart I will miss you dad.
My experience as a teacher has shown that kids whose parents live in two different districts move back and forth depending on the current dispute. Their grades suffer because the moves are in the middle of semesters. My advice is to stay with your dad because that is where the judge placed you for a number of reasons. It would definitely hurt your dad. I would suggest visiting with your mother more as you grow older. Call her every day to discuss everything. You need the stability of one location, one school, one set of great friends and activities. When you are older, you will want the same stability for your children.
