Is drinking lots of salt water bad for you and how?

Yes, because the salt will dehydrate you and make you even more thirsty

Well if I drink like a glass of it will I like end up in the hospital or what will it do to me

Drinking Salt Water dehydrates the body much the same as soft drinks or alcohol. For chronic long periods of time,it will affect your health due to dehydration and high salt intake, however acute amounts of salt water will not cause harm to your body. Salt aids in killing bacteria, especially in the mouth.

Drinking too much of salt water would not be good for your health. The kidney can only manage to handle the required amount of salt in the body. You may consult a doctor for more information.

When people are out on the ocean and think that they can drink salt water, for example, if someone is stuck on a lifeboat, if they drink Salk water they get more dehydrated and will lead to foaming at the mouth, hallucinations and brain damage and eventually death.

Heck yeah it's bad..you can start hallucinating and even die!!
It dehydrates you because of all the salt!!
