Will someone help? My address bar & toolbar are gone, and I want them back. Anyone know what to do?

When I go to the main top of the screen, the toolbar appears, but when I move the lower part of the screen the toolbar vanishes.

I suggest that you try putting your screen to full window by clicking the maximize button. In the case that it fails to work, shut down you computer and start it after a while. Alternatively, inform someone with more knowledge to assist you.

click on the maximize button when u see it on the top right side middle
