I changed my profile picture and it shows up when I go to the my profile label. But if I answer a question it's still the old picture. why?

and how do I fix it?

This might be a delay of the system or may be the net is a bit low. You can wait for some time and see if you will see the picture. Sometimes the pictures take time to load.
