It's true because you're not consuming any food. Lemon juice and cayenne pepper are metabolism boosters, while water is a diuretic. Maple syrup is the only thing giving you minerals... if it's the right kind.

Well, a litte lemon juice with ice water will help you git rid off water weight. Cayenne peppers increase metabolism. Maple syrup.... Never heard anything about it?

the best way to lose weight is to go out and to something active that makes u sweat... it doesn't have to be anything big, can be just a walk or some kinda sport. also for those how can not do these thing it may be something like through a ball in the air or leg lifts

Probably not. Nothing really helps you loose weight by itself. Eating less is the only way. There are some natural supplements that help with hunger suppression.

Just eating something doesn't help you lose weight. You should eat LESS of something in order to lower the calorie intake, and books like this one http://bit.ly/lemonaltweightloss teach you how to do that.
