Clomtrimazole and miconazole are most commonly used, and they seem to be pretty much equally effective from the feedback I used to get from customers when I was a pharmacy tech. If the feet are already cracking or really irritated, use the cream. If it is not very far advanced, the sprays can be used. The sprays are just a little more irritating to feet that have already been rubbed or scratched raw.

Dannon's Plain Yogurt. Spread on feet, wait a few minutes, wash off. I tried this on the advice of a guy at my health food store. I guess the bacteria in the yogurt eats the fungus. I've never had it since. No chemicals kicking around in your cabinet. Be sure to eat foods high in zinc.

I"ll say miconazole. Why is called Athletes Foot? My dad gets it all the time, and believe me he's no athlete!
