My PC with windows 7 says that my copy of windows is not genuine

what is gonna happen? i got this laptop for xmas and idk what to do!

The problem could either be you changed a lot of hardware or someone copied the sticker on your PC. You should consider renewing your Windows or contact Microsoft Helpline for more assistance.
