Technically ... yes .. It could freeze if temperatures dropped down below freezing and stayed that way for a loooong time ... The colder the temperature the faster it would freeze . Same would go for water in your plumbing. If you were to leave your house, for instance in the winter time, with no heat .. your pipes would burst, and the waterbed would definitely freeze (but again..the time it would take would be relative to the temperature). Water is water no matter what type of container it is in.
Highly unlikely though .. especially if you are living in the same dwelling. You would also find it intolerable to live under those conditions.
