In my opinion, some of good series books include A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin, The Malazan Book of the Fallen by Steven Erikson, The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss and Lord of the Rings (J.R.R Tolkien) among others. Read more from bestfantasybooks.com/top25-fantasy-books.php.

After reading the Harry Potter series and the Hunger Games, now that I think about it they really weren't as good as any of the other ones I listed. No offense taken. I'm not someone who is obsessed with Twilight and flips out if someone says that they don't like Twilight.

If you are looking for series then Jurassic Park series by Michael Critchton is amazing, as is The Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R. Tolken (including the prolgue book, The Hobbit), also another amazing one is the Vampire Chronicles by Ann Rice. All of the Sherlock Holmes books are amazing as well.

I loved the series of unfortunate events. The pretty little liars series is also good, the real ones though not the ones that were written after the show started. And the house of night series is also good.

Oh there are lots of good books I read! I can't name all of them - I'm a huge bookworm -, but there is Ella Enchanted, Mirror Palace, Chasing Orion, The White Giraffe, The Double Digit Club, the Wolfs of Beyond series, Trading Faces, Take Two, Time Squared (Trading Faces, Take Two, and Time Squared are al in the same series) , Class Favorite, The Baby-Sitting Wars, Callie for President, The Tale of Despereaux, Losing Joe's Place, In a Heartbeat, 11 Birthdays, Finally, 13 Gifts ( 11 Birthdays, Finally, and 13 Gifts are in the same series) , Boys are Dogs, Girls are Cats (I bet you know that those two books are in the same series) , Trauma Queen, Life Starring Me!, the Dork Diaries series...
I can keep on naming, but that ^^^ is a lot already.
