I've got ford explorer sport 2001 and my we messed with the hinge,now the door is raised, it pinches top when you close it. any suggestions?

i can still open it but it doesn't close right and there is a gap on either side and you can hear the air coming in when you are driving (it is sooo annoying) Rain comes in. PLEASE HELP!!!!

You need to adjust the hinge or the door by grabbing it from the bottom and try tweaking it. if the door has to come up stick a 2 by 4 under the door and on of the entry kick plate of the car and then adjust it

Adjust the door to have the same gap all the way around.
If air still comes in, put the window down, open the door and grab the top of the window frame and pull (bend) it in a little. You may have to tweak it a few times to get it right.

The window frames usually get bent out when people have to break into their car because they locked themselves out.
