james. Six mini meals a day are recommended for weight and energy maintenance. You are maintaining a constant balance in your blood glucose levels, etc. Try to eat "as close to the sun" as possible, fresh vegetables and fruits can be combined in so many ways. Whatever you eat habitually, your body will begin to "crave", whether it is a pizza with 10 toppings, or a salad with 10 veggies. Bon appetit!
Not really, but it helps to eat small meals several times a day rather than three big ones. I guess 6 is a good number if you're going for this approach - I eat 5 times a day: three moderate meals and two small snacks in between. :)

If anybody is not a blood pressure patient or does not have any problem which says not to eat too much then i think eating 3 times properly and having a little snacks in between would be a perfect diet for a normal weighted person. =)
You do not have to eat 6 meals every day. You can if you want to though. Some people eat 5 or 6 meals a day instead of 3 big meals because it keeps the metabolism going. I would recommend eating 5-6 small meals a day, but like I said before you don't have to. Most people only eat 4 times a day or less because they're busy.
No. i eat a bowl of cereal in morning and a smal dinner at night. thats one small meal and a bowl of cereal a day. so again no. i am doin just fine. and no i dont eat lunch or snacks or dessert. i drink plenty of water.
